After over a month, Restorative Yoga is BACK!

UPDATE: The first session S O L D O U T in less than an hour! We added a second session for anyone that missed the opportunity to join!

Our Deep Restore class is coming back this January!

This 75-90 minute session includes 45-55 minutes of restorative yoga infused with Thai Bodywork followed by 30 minutes of Yogic Sleep Meditation.

Thai Bodywork is a style of hands-on Bodywork done during yoga postures to help release tension from the body. The practitioner might offer light drumming on the back, essential oils on the temples, pressing/stretching the shoulders, walking on the feet, etc.

Yogic Sleep Meditation is a specific style of meditation said to be as restorative as FOUR HOURS of typical sleep.

This class is designed to offer deep relaxation in both the body and mind. Something we all need a little extra of! class is limited to 9 participants to ensure everyone gets ample love and attention.

Yesterday we closed the year with our annual New Year's Eve eve sound bath, something about this year felt a little extra special.

I knew many of the women personally and knew some of their triumphs and tribulations of years past, but I also had women that were brand new to me, who's stories I didn't know.

Both new and old friends had me feeling deeply grateful. The studio can be an intimidating and vulnerable space, showing up to a new space with a new instructor can be a lot. But each person that chooses Full Lotus, that puts their trust in me to guide them and hold space for them truly makes me feel so honored.

You could go anywhere and do anything, but the moments you choose to spend with me will always be held with incredible honor and gratitude.

Thank you again for an incredible year, there aren't enough words to explain how blessed I feel to be part of your world.

Join us Wednesday night for the final sound bath of 2025 during our New Year's Eve Sound Bath

This session is being offered from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm leaving plenty of time for dinner, drinks or other celebrations to follow.

2025 is a 9 year which represents endings, completion and letting go. If this year has felt challenging, a sound bath might be the perfect way to let go of the things that aren't serving you and make space for the energy of the new year ❤️

As some know, our dearest Heather with Lunar Eclipse Massage is leaving our space at the start of the year.

Sinful Skin By Kolene will be taking over the massage room and her current office will be up for rent!

We would LOVE to have another massage therapist but are open to other beauty/wellness services in our space.
