Have you heard of the Three T’s?
Did you know they can all contribute to your pain?
Let’s break them down for this Wellness Wednesday 👇
🔹 Traumas
Physical stress on the body.
This can include macrotraumas like car accidents, falls, or sports injuries — and microtraumas such as repetitive movements, poor posture, or improper lifting over time.
🔹 Toxins
Chemical stress that affects how your body functions.
These can come from the air you breathe, the water you drink, the food you eat, and everyday environmental exposures.
🔹 Thoughts
Emotional or mental stress.
Work pressure, upcoming exams, family responsibilities, or ongoing anxiety can all create tension that shows up physically in the body.
