Why this works perfectly on GLP-1s

• ✔️ Soft texture, easy to chew & digest
• ✔️ No sugar, no starch, no soy



🛒 Ingredients (1–2 servings)
• 6–8 oz salmon fillet (skin on if you like)
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp heavy cream
• 1–2 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional but bright)
• Sea salt & cracked black pepper
• Optional: pinch of garlic powder or fresh thyme



🍳 Instructions
