If you don't know or follow me, I'm Kristi 👋 and I run a cottage bakery from my home in Romeo, MI offering organic sourdough baked goods. My menu changes each week and is normally updated on Fridays. I bake weekly offering local pickup on Thursdays at Full Circle Meals or F45 Shelby 26 Mile.

A little behind the scenes look at making focaccia yesterday. I don't have this recipe posted to my blog just yet but I will...I need more hours in the day 😅.

It was a long cold winter 🥶 here in Michigan... So much snow the chickens weren't able to free range much at at.

They were cranky and bored, so I found something to give them some entertainment for a little while each day. They figured these out pretty quickly 😉 and were always very excited when I filled them up. I like to use mealworms, oats, and safflower seeds in them. Small treats work best ✅.

If you don't want your chickens being bored in the winter or they just don't have space to free range comment TREATS and I'll send you the link to this dispenser ☺️.

Sourdough Protein Bars on The Menu!

I have opened up protein bars for ordering next week to see how it goes. There is a limited supply of these so if you want some, I suggest ordering early. If this goes well, I plan to rotate different flavors week to week.
