Did you know that St. Patrick's day continues to be one of the biggest drinking days of the year? Ranking 3rd in national holidays for alcohol consumption.
Statistics show that people who go out to celebrate today will consume an average of 4.2 drinks each and up to 36% of men and 20% of women will engage in binge drinking today. Binge drinking can be 4 drinks for females and 5 for males making the average consumption for today already in binge drinking levels.

Binge drinking can have effects on your physical and mental health that last far beyond the holiday including anxiety, stress, nausea, vomiting, depression, and for some people ongoing issues with alcohol.

If you feel like the celebration is out of hand there are ways to explore and change your habits.

Its National Eating Disorder Awareness Week.

Eating disorders cover a range of behaviors and don't come in a one size fits all.

Eating disorders effect 9% of the population at some time in their lives.

Eating disorders are not a choice but a mental and medical issue that needs to be handled as such.

Love is in the air. Let’s focus some of that onto ourselves this season. It’s easy to get lost in the idea of and fixate on negatives like being alone or having the perfect day or looking perfect. Let’s devote energy to loving ourselves, forgetting perfection, and finding positives.

How are your regrets serving you? Regrets are negative views of the past but what if instead of focusing on things you regret change your perspective. What did these things teach you? how did they change you? what did they give you? Change from a negative to positive place by changing your perspective.
