Romeoville PONY Baseball player evaluations and onsite registration will be February 14 at Romeoville High School.
What to expect on evaluation day:
⚾Players will be evaluated on hitting, pitching, and fielding. Players that have played catcher may also be evaluated.
⚾Players should wear gym shoes and bring all their gear: Gloves, hats, bats, batting gloves, helmets, etc. If you have any questions about your child's equipment (if their bat is legal, if their bat or glove is the right size, etc.), don't hesitate to ask!
⚾Don't forget water.
⚾A parent or caregiver must attend with the registered player. Sample jerseys will be available so you can confirm that you have selected the correct size.
⚾Coaches for the division may be onsite observing the evaluations.
⚾Players are NOT evaluated by the coaches in their division. (ie. Mustang coaches do not evaluate mustang players).
