Hatha Yoga practices. Chair Yoga provides a wide range of access to this Ancient Practice.
New 4 week $50 session begins February 3 at the
Old Stone Presbyterian Church Ad building.
Spacious,distanced, vaccinated group .
Masks are required in the Ad building for the short walk to our practice space.
