Often times I hear parents say “oh they’re young they don’t need it” or “they’re not in pain.” Sometimes my response is look what happened to your spine when you didn’t take care of it from the start 😂 it’s all about keeping your bodies healthy so you and your family can thrive in this world 🌎.
