The holiday cheer at The Bristal at Jericho is truly unmatched!

This year, The Bristal was thrilled to partner once again with the Family & Children's Association and the LoFaso family to spread holiday cheer by preparing 200 meals and gift bags for seniors in Nassau County.

Guided by our Corporate Director of Culinary, Paul Senken, and with support from chefs across our Long Island communities, we served holiday meals featuring seasonal favorites. Each delivery was accompanied by a thoughtful care package, including cozy blankets, warm socks, sparkling cider, and more, generously donated by the LoFaso family.

We are proud to continue this meaningful partnership and bring warmth, joy, and a true sense of community to seniors in our area.

After more than 20 years of extraordinary service, we celebrate the well-deserved retirement of Randy Tremble, our Vice President of Food & Beverage.

Since joining The Bristal in 2001, Randy’s vision, passion for hospitality, and unwavering commitment to residents transformed dining into a true hallmark of who we are. His leadership, creativity, and heart have touched countless lives and built a legacy that will continue to inspire us for years to come. While we’re excited for Randy as he begins this next chapter, he will be deeply missed by the residents, the entire Food & Dining Services teams he has shaped, and the organization as a whole.

Thank you, Randy, for everything. You’ve made us better in every way.
