Two years ago I came to see Dr. White for my low back pain, and that has been fixed 100%! Seriously, I can ride horses, I can do things I hadn’t been able to do for years. I can’t believe it. And now, Dr. White is working on my neck. I was ready for surgery, I was going to go do the laser surgery before I came to talk to Dr. White, and you saved my life! It was my left shoulder that was killing me, I was ready to have surgery on it, and my pain level right now is almost a 0 out of 10, and when I first came in it was a 10 out of 10.�Seriously, I tell everybody, go see Dr. White if you’re in pain. My son’s back is killing him, and I’ve told him to come in. I tell everyone. I tell my husband, I tell everyone I meet who has back problems, you have to go see Dr. White! He’s a miracle! Because before I came here, I had been to every chiropractor out here, and I’m not saying anything bad about the other chiropractors, but I spent lots and lots of money with another one, and honestly it didn’t help at all. Then I went out to a spine and disc center out in Salt Lake and got medicine, and I don’t like medicine, it doesn’t work for me. And so that wasn’t working either. That's when I went and got an MRI, and no one ever even told me what was on the MRI besides you, so I didn’t even know what the problem was. But obviously, now I know it was my degenerative discs that were hurting.�Now, I can turn my head! I haven't been able to do this for years with my neck, it’s crazy! You have helped me lots and I really appreciate it. I love you from the bottom of my heart Dr.White, I really do!

I felt horrible for 4 years, I had pins and needles in my toes, and it just hurt, I couldn't do very much. It was really painful to bend over and pick up my kids. Day to day things like vacuuming,
cleaning, everything just hurt. I was in 8/10 pain all the time. My mom has had 3 low back surgeries and 3 neck surgeries, my sister has had back surgery and my brother has had back surgery. Surgery was the last thing I wanted to do, and anything
to prolong that, I was willing to do. I have liked everything about my care at Uintah Basin Spine and Disc Center. I highly recommend anyone to come here. If you're in this kind of pain, you should definitely come, it takes a while, it's not a quick fix, but if you're patient, its wonderful! You have helped me tremendously, I can actually walk and be out of pain and do my day to day things and not be in pain! I had my treatment over 3 years ago and only come in occasionally and it's still great! I can clean, vacuum, pick up my babies, pretty
much anything now and my pain is 0/10!

This treatment saved my life! I remember coming in in excruciating pain. The pain was a 10/10! The most pain I've been in in my life. I'd already been to the emergency room twice. The pain was mostly down my arm, in my neck is where it started, but shooting pain down my arm into my hand and fingers was horrible. My hand was going numb, I couldn't even make a fist. After the emergency room I was having to take pain pills one after another and the pain relief was only temporary. That's when I called you. I couldn't even drive myself to your office, I had to be driven down because of the severe pain. You worked on me a little bit, I was really stiff, then you sent me out for an MRI. Even the car ride out to get the MRI about killed me I was in so much pain. We came back and you showed me on the MRI that I had several bad discs in my neck and one really bad one, and you started working on me right then on your stretching machine. Within the first week, I was getting off the pain pills and muscle relaxers. I could finally function again, my husband had been driving me around until this time. I had relief within a week. It went from a 10/10 to a 6/10 and this was even coming off the pain pills. The shooting pain was gone. It was still hard to make a fist, I still couldn't do my hair, or hold a brush, but the shooting pain was gone! Now, I don't have any pain at all, 0/10! I don't have any limitations at all. Now I can grip again, I can sign my
own name again, I can write a check again and it doesn't look funny.
Heck yes this treatment was worth it! I would recommend it, and I already have. I'd say to anyone thinking about doing this treatment, do it, before you do anything
else, do this first, try it, because I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
