Our protein distributors recently had a significant increase in costs, and after doing everything we can behind the scenes to avoid it, we do need to make a small price adjustment:

• Protein Shakes ➡️ +$0.75
• Fyre’d Up + Hydrate ➡️ +$0.50

Trust me when we say… we hate doing this.
We know everyone is feeling the impact of rising costs right now, and it’s never something we take lightly.

What won’t change:
✔️ The quality of our products
✔️ The portions you get
✔️ The energy, love, and effort we put into every single drink & item we serve

But most importantly… YOU.

In November of 2025, WE bought
Roscoe Nutrition…
two couples, four friends…
Sam & Amy + Mike & Erica 💥

Mike & Erica also own Bootcamp Academy (Iron Army Performance Center), just a few doors down from Roscoe Nutrition! That’s actually how this all started… Sam & Amy came to us a few years ago to begin their health journeys, and the friendship grew from there ❤️

In January of 2025, Erica started her meal prep business, Worth It Wellness With Erica ! She creates high-protein meals designed to help you reach your goals… without sacrificing taste 💪🍴

In Fall of 2024, Amy took a leap and left her corporate job to start Whisk & Spoon Baking Company… and she has been BUSY ever since!! 👏
By August of 2025, she moved into the kitchen to share space with Erica!

Now… you get ALL THREE businesses in ONE stop 🙌
