Led by Rebekkah Carney, CD/PCD(DONA), SpBCPE, this class covers simple, everyday techniques that support balance, comfort, and a smoother birth.

Couples & individuals can learn movement, birth positions, and hands-on techniques to use during pregnancy and labor.
