What You'll Do
✔️ Maximize utilization and reimbursement through accurate MDS submissions
✔️ Review RUG scores and ensure assessments reflect complete resident care
✔️ Support and train clinical staff on the MDS process
✔️ Assist in developing standardized training modules
✔️ Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-centered environment
✔️ Participate in resident care when needed

✨ Qualifications
▪️ Active NY LPN license
▪️ Degree from an accredited nursing program
▪️ MDS experience preferred — but we will train qualified applicants!
▪️ Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
▪️ Experience with PointClickCare is a plus
▪️ Compassion, professionalism, and reliability are a must

Maynard Davis was born on May 10, 1932, in Livingston Manor, New York, and has been a resident of Roscoe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center for two years. He served in the United States Army for two years, stationed in Japan during the Korean War. He separated from service in 1954 and worked in the maintenance department at Sullivan County Community College (SCCC). Maynard is an active member of the VFW in Livingston Manor. Maynard served his country honorably.

Roy Maus was born on April 10, 1947, in Liberty, New York, and has called Roscoe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center home for the past two years. Roy served six years in the United States Army as a mechanic during the Vietnam War. Roy earned recognition as a Sharpshooter for his marksmanship. After his military service ended in 1971, Roy continued to give back to his community by working at Roscoe Nursing Home in the kitchen and housekeeping departments. A father of two, Roy served his country honorably

Donald Wahl was born on October 21, 1935, in Callicoon, New York, and has been a resident at Roscoe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center for six years. He served in the United States Navy for five years, concluding his service in 1962. As a civilian, he worked as a farmer and in department stores. Donald served his country honorably.

Joel Bromberg was born on May 17, 1946, in Manhattan, New York. He has been a resident of Roscoe Rehabilitation & Nursing Center for five months. Joel proudly served in the United States Navy for 27 years, including during both the Vietnam War and the First Gulf War. His dedicated service earned him several honors, including the Good Conduct Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, and the Sharp Shooter and NUC distinctions. He retired at the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer in 1994. As a civilian, Joel worked as a Senior Legal Editor. He married his wife, the late Irene, in August of 1973. Joel expresses deep pride in his service, sharing that he is “very proud to be a veteran.” He is also a lifelong member of the C.L.S. Naval Institute in Maryland.
