• Lead and support the MDS, care plan, and care guide processes
• Educate staff and administrators on reimbursement procedures and compliance
• Oversee LPN MDS work and support regulatory readiness
• Review Medicare/Medicaid eligibility, documentation, and claims
• Monitor utilization and help maximize reimbursement
• Provide ongoing training for facility teams
• Assist with audits, ICD-10 coding reviews, and PDPM assessments
• Maintain compliance and drive quality improvement

What We're Looking For:
✔ NYS Licensed RN (unrestricted)
✔ 2+ years of LTC experience (4+ preferred)
✔ Strong knowledge of MDS, PDPM, reimbursement, and regulatory standards
