Namaste Castle Dwellers and Fellow Spirit Walkers 🧚‍♀️🧚‍♀️. I am going to try to take a different approach to doing my Lives for a moment :) to try to get back on track. I miss you all very much, And can not wait to do a live as Spirit has been SOOOO VERY ACTIVE pushing me back into my spiritual ways ;) Big Hugs

I am going to be doing a Live This weekend, I am not sure the time or which day it will be, but when I get a good wind of feeling ok, I am just going to go live, Instead of planning a set day and time and see if that works better for my body and mind. I know so many things have been going on in everybody's lives and I am going to be there to help you. Are you ready for Pets Arrival Day Today?? They get to cross back over the Rainbow Bridge to visit us for a day ❤ 🐾🐾

According to Mexican tradition, October 27th is the day when the spirits of deceased pets are believed to arrive for the annual Día de los Mu***os (Day of the Dead) celebrations. Families create altars, or ofrendas, with the pets' favorite foods, toys, and a photo, to welcome them home and honor their memory. These offerings are set out on the night of October 26th, and it is believed that the pets' souls return to visit and enjoy the treats.

How to honor your pet on October 27th:

*Set up an altar (ofrenda): Build a small altar on a table or flat surface using items to remember and welcome your pet.
*Gather essential items:
A photograph: Place a photo of your pet as the centerpiece.
*Candles: Light candles to guide their way; flameless options are a safe alternative.
*Marigolds: Decorate with marigold flowers (cempasúchil), which are traditionally used to guide spirits.
*Food and water: Provide a bowl of water and their favorite treats or food.
*Favorite toys: Include their favorite toys.
*Personalize the altar: Add any other personal items that represent the memories you shared with your pet.

Why this tradition exists:

*Pets as family: The tradition recognizes that pets are a cherished part of the family and their memory deserves to be honored.
*Guiding spirits: In some Mesoamerican beliefs, dogs were considered spiritual guides, a tradition that continues today.
*Part of Día de los Mu***os: This pet-focused tradition is integrated into the larger Día de los Mu***os celebration, which takes place from October 27th to November 2nd to honor all deceased loved ones.
