Congratulations to Chef Steven and his "Friendly" crew. The UCC cafe operated by the Friendly Kitchen/Meals on Wheels Roseburg was awarded the People's Choice award for the UCAN Food Bank / Feeding Umpqua 2025 Cheese and Thank-you fundraiser!

Today, the UCC Executive Chef - Steven Fair-Harrison received a surprise from his staff and the UCAN Food Bank. UCC participated in this year's "CHEESE & THANK YOU" program. Not only were they listed as the third most sold sandwiches, but today Steven and his team received the "PEOPLE'S CHOICE AWARD". This means that YOU, the recipients of his GREAT CHEESE AND THANK YOU sandwich, voted Steven and UCC the BEST OVERALL RESTAURANT. The PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN!!!. Congratulations to Steven and his team and all of the community members who VOTED and TASTED. We hope to see UCC next year when the CHEESE AND THANK YOU program returns!
