The women I work with have tried everything.
WW, calorie counting, macros, low-carb, keto, weight-loss medication, even gastric bypass…
At some point they’ve done the cabbage soup or special K thing, they’ve done multiple cleanses and for sure a few fasts.
When they find me, they’re fed up. Nothing lasts very long and everything somehow makes them feel worse in the end and they’re tired of it.
The food noise is louder than ever and they’ve almost come to accept that this is their life now.
Then they give working with me a shot.
And whether it’s 3 weeks in or 2 months in, at some point something clicks and the most beautiful thing happens… all the food drama falls away.
And it’s not because I’m their guide. It’s because their body is.
And once they learn this, they realize they don’t need to try anything else. This is the last stop on the “how to eat to look and feel my best” train.
I’m a “teach them how to fish” kind of coach- I don’t want you relying on me. I want you to be able to say THIS IS EASY and be ready to fly without a worry about being on your own, with no desire to try something else in the future because you’re THAT confident in what you’ve learned your body thrives on.
