🔴 Red Light Therapy coming soon!🔴

Red Light Therapy is a non-invasive wellness service that uses red and near-infrared light to support the body’s natural processes. It is often used as an adjunct to therapeutic services to promote comfort, circulation, and recovery.

Potential wellness benefits may include:
• Support for muscle relaxation and comfort
• Support for chronic pain conditions
• Assistance with temporary inflammation related to overuse or activity
• Promotion of healthy circulation
• Support for post-activity recovery
• General relaxation
• Stress-related muscular dysfunction

Red Light Therapy may be used as a stand alone therapy or before or after massage therapy to support soft-tissue work and enhance overall treatment sessions. Services are provided as part of a wellness-focused approach and are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

📍 Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan. Clients are encouraged to check with their insurance provider regarding eligibility.

Hello everyone! It's been a while since I've checked in but I have exciting news!
First, a huge thank you to all of my patients for your grace as I moved into an unfinished new clinic space. It is almost complete and it's going to be beautiful!
Secondly, I have a new therapist starting with me in June! 🎉🎉 We will be accepting new patients July 1st so start sending those referrals!

There's no turning back now!
*Mushy post incoming*
Just under a year-and-a-half ago I made the scariest decision of my adult life. I put all of my eggs in a basket; betting on myself. I left a job that I 99% loved and, quite importantly, a guaranteed paycheck to start my very own clinic.
Life had thrown me some curveballs in the form of a rather brutal car accident and through that I had some time to reflect. Through that reflection and, well, a lot of encouragement from friends and family, I chose to grow. So, I head out on my own.
Although imposter syndrome was real, in just nine months I had a fully booked clinic. !!Many of my previous patients followed me and I cannot put words to how amazing that makes me feel!!
At fourteen months I started searching for additional LMT's to hire, and at sixteen months I found a new clinic space three times the size of my current space!
I cannot wait to share this space with everyone. I would not be here without the amazing support of my clients! Thank you for making my "big-girl" dreams come true. 🥳
