to integrate your body, mind, and spirit
through breath awareness, constructive rest, easy to follow biofeedback
exercises, and intention setting.

This mat based class is ideal for anyone who is interested in
releasing unnecessary postural tension, improving mental clarity and focus,
and creating new pathways of self awareness.
