What exactly is Manual lymphatic drainage? It’s a technique that uses gentle pressure and flow to move your lymph fluid from areas of swelling back to main drainage sites to be returned to the circulatory system. Happy Summer solstice from Wishie and I! May the longest day of the year bring you the blessings and change you’ve been dreaming up! I am currently dreaming up a new offering for the studio, one that combines massage and dreamy sensory experiences including some of the new techniques I’ve been practicing and add-ons I’ve been offering. It isn’t quite ready but I can’t wait to roll it out soon and be able to offer a more immersive experience! With this change coming as well as offering lymphatic drainage I am also closing my deep tissue massage to new clients at this time. If you are current client (have seen me in the past year, are currently scheduled for deep tissue and/or have a gift certificate) nothing will change for you and I’m happy to keep scheduling our regular sessions I just do not have the space on my schedule to go down the new directions I am going and keep expanding my deep tissue clientele. I hope to see you soon and that your solstice shines bright (even in this rain)

I keep putting off making this post, I want to make it sound nice and convey as much excitement as I feel but then it’s not getting done so here it is! I am introducing a new modality to my practice! Manual lymphatic drainage for post op care. I am excited to be able to work with a new technique and help you get the best results! The certification I received introduced me to specific protocols for post cosmetic surgery and ways to adapt it to other surgeries and general care!
