🎄 Holiday Closure Notice 🎄

Please note that Riverside Treatment Services (RTS) will be closed on:

We will resume normal operations on Saturday, December 27, 2025. 7AM - 12 Noon

A second chance can save a life. 💙
We’re grateful to see Baltimore County expanding access to naloxone through our public libraries. Awareness, access, and compassion make a difference—especially during the holidays.

The gift you can give this holiday season could be a second chance. 🎁

The Baltimore County Department of Health continues to partner with the Baltimore County Public Library to offer naloxone receptacles in all 19 library branches. Naloxone is a safe medication that can rapidly reverse the effects of an opioid overdose, including he**in and fentanyl.
