We love having some quick easy options when it comes to protein and this chicken is just that! It can be used to make chicken salad, on top of a salad or in a wrap. Add some BBQ sauce, salsa or whatever seasoning you are in the mood for! It also comes in a seasoned version. Find it near the prepared foods at ShopRite.

Cottage cheese is definitely having a moment right now and we’re all for it! This dip is smooth and creamy - no cottage cheese curds in sight (good news for those not on team cottage cheese). It’s really just a delicious, low calorie dip that’s the perfect pairing for veggie sticks.

We found something new and exciting in the canned bean aisle, said no one ever…until now!! Check out these Heyday canned beans in Whole Foods or Wegman’s. They come in several different fun flavors and have so many possibilities! So far we tried the Harissa Lemon Chickpeas over brown rice (alongside salmon and salad) and loved them. We can’t wait to try the rest!

These were a recent Trader Joe’s find and we’re kind of obsessed with them! They’re a crunchy, flavorful cross between a chip and a cracker. They’re great with tuna or chicken salad for lunch or dipped into hummus or tzatziki for a snack!

These tiny seeds are packed with fiber…1 Tbsp has 7.5g! They hydrate much faster than chia seeds and can be used in a variety of ways including this basil seed pudding (aka chia pudding). They’re slightly larger than chia when hydrated, have no flavor and from what we can tell they don’t seem to get stuck in your teeth like chia does 😂.

We followed the recipe on the back of the bag and flavored it with cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup…it was delicious!

We love a good dip with crudite or a crispy Wasa cracker and this new one from Trader Joe’s did not disappoint! It’s low in calories and saturated fat which make it a healthy choice but it’s also full of flavor thanks to the tangy labneh, roasted tomatoes and herbs.

I had a cottage cheese emergency today! I ran out of Good Culture Cottage cheese and apparently so did King’s 😩. I’m very particular about my cottage cheese - I like the texture on the drier side and it has to be flavorful! I’ve tried so many and have been disappointed in the past but this Organic Nancy’s Probiotic Low-fat Cottage Cheese was really SO SO good!!! Look out for it in your supermarket…you may find yourself another favorite.

We were really impressed by this yogurt! It’s creamy and delicious but low in saturated fat and not too high in sugar. Like all dairy yogurts it’s also full of protein and calcium! We recommend you try it!!
