Getting Gala-Ready Just Got Easier and More Meaningful. One Company Fund (OCF) is excited to launch Closet for a Cause, a first-of-its-kind pop-up shop designed to help associates find the perfect gown for the Annual Awards Gala while supporting one another along the way. More than a fundraiser, Closet for a Cause reflects the heart of OCF’s mission: removing barriers and making sure everyone feels included. Each gown is available for a $25 donation to OCF, with flexible payment options, and even sponsored purchases available for associates who may need them. Hosted on SharePoint and accessible to associates with a Benchmark email, the shop makes it easy to browse, select, and give back, all while helping ensure cost is never an obstacle to feeling confident and celebrated.

We heard about an unofficial holiday in February-Galentine's Day. While Valentine's Day traditionally focuses on romantic love, Galentine's Day is all about honoring female friendships and togetherness.

We celebrated by creating some Galentine's Day friendship day necklaces. We grabbed a friend or two and crafted beautiful strands of beads that we could take home with us.

Some shots from our Lunar New Year Celebration! We spent the week learning about the culture, cuisine, and pageantry that surrounds this special time of year! We enjoyed the decorations including authentic pieces of Asian cultural items, red lanterns (symbolizing joy and good fortune), and beautiful cherry blossoms. We also indulged in bowls of shrimp lo mein.

Did you know that noodles are served on New Years as a symbol of longevity? If you can eat a long strand without it breaking, that means you will get the best luck and the longest life!
