On this Thanksgiving Day I would like to give thanks for the freedom and privilege that we enjoy to congregate together with our loved ones. I also give thanks for the blessing of being able to provide quality eyecare to my patients and for my great staff! Let’s enjoy feasting together and let us also pay homage to our Native American ancestors 🙏🏽. I am eternally grateful for all of the sacrifices that were made by our ancestors who have built the foundation on which we stand. Wishing everyone peace, blessings and a safe relaxing holiday!

I absolutely love this article! Just about everything on this list is a favorite of mine 😊. I don’t know much about chia seeds but I will be looking more into them.
