If you haven’t been in the clinic in a while, you’ll be excited to know we recently got a face lift! We added in a 3rd treatment room and moved our office space across the hall... feels good to stretch our legs a bit! Our favorite part though, might just be this new wall piece!

Lifestyle Physical Therapy was opened by Paul Nelson, P.T., over 15 years ago and it continues to this day as an independently run clinic. Paul opened the clinic with the support of his wife, two young daughters, and baby boy on the way (at the time). Laurie Witowicz joined the team early and continues as the incredible office manager.

Over the years Lifestyle has been lucky to find excellent providers to join the family. Jodi Gac, Christy Gunnells, and Amanda Soukup are all dedicated to Lifestyle’s goal to get you back to your life style.

Come into the clinic and you’ll probably see faces of other friends! Join Lifestyle in our family-like environment in everything from pumpkin decorating and carving contests to giving back to our community through a variety of drives and collections. Oh! And don’t forget your excellent outpatient orthopedic and sports therapy rehabilitation services.
