At the Rise Up Recovery Center, we are dedicated to providing compassionate, comprehensive support for individuals on their journey to recovery from substance abuse and addiction. Our holistic approach focuses on healing the mind, body, and spirit, offering a range of evidence-based therapies, personalized treatment plans, and a nurturing environment where every individual is treated with dignity and respect. Our professional team of counselors, therapists, and medical staff are committed to helping you achieve lasting sobriety and a healthier, happier life. At the Rise Up Community Center, we offer comprehensive services to support recovery and well-being. Our Peer Recovery Support program connects individuals to community resources, provides in-depth case management, and facilitates collaborative goal-setting with peer recovery specialists. Through Outreach & Education, we deliver vital information and services to the underserved, including the homeless, recently incarcerated individuals, domestic violence survivors, and those in need of recovery support. Our Harm Reduction Services promote safety and awareness with naloxone distribution, safer sex kits, medication disposal pouches, fentanyl testing kits, and overdose prevention education. Join us to access these essential services and be part of a supportive, empowering community.
