So happy with today’s surgery. I removed 38 year old, ruptured silicone implants via enbloc capsulectomy. By performing enbloc, I was able to prevent any silicone from migrating into her surrounding tissue. In the photo, I opened up one capsule to show the leaking silicone. All of the ruptured silicone was contained within the capsule, demonstrating the importance of enbloc, removing the capsule and implant in one piece. Both capsules had hard, capsular contracture. A breast lift was also performed, giving her a much more youthful appearance.

Perfect example why enbloc is so important. Bilateral ruptured Mentor saline breast implants. These implants were placed above the muscle in 2005. The left implant capsule was calcified.

I am so excited to announce my new Chicago location. I will be working alongside Dr. Stefan Szczerba at Chicago Aesthetic Surgery Institute. My practice will remain solely dedicated to proper en bloc removal of breast implants. I plan to start phone consultations next week with in office consultations starting May 14. Today was the last day operating in my Houston office and we ended the day with a beautiful enbloc removal of saline implants with super thin capsules. Looking forward to the next chapter in Chicago. I’ll be announcing my new office location in Chicago in the next couple of weeks.
