Most of my clients are surprised when they start to âjust feel good againâ.
Itâs something they hope will happen, but often feel like it wonât ever happen again because they have tried so many other approaches that have not stuck for them.
Itâs hard at first for them to explain exactly what that means. Itâs even hard for me to put into words what I have seen and heard dozens of times in my clients' voices. But once you KNOW, you KNOW.
(I'm sure there is some acronym here the kids use these days, but just like I like real food, I like to use real words!)
You just know that something has shifted, and you are starting to feel better than you had been.
Through coaching conversations, they began to see that it means different things at different stages of their journey.
Perhaps itâs feeling the energy to plan a meal or two for the week AND do the grocery shopping.
For some, itâs that they have the energy to do the activities they used to enjoy.
For others, itâs doing those activities without pain.
Each person starts to see that health and wellness arenât just one thing, such as âeating healthy foodâ.
They see that each meal is connected.
Connected to how they are sleeping.
Connected to their energy levels throughout the day.
Connected to their overall mindset and how they view health & wellness.
And connected to those with whom they share their meal around the table.
