Do they enhance motivation to do 92.7 billion tasks we avoid for 6 months of the year? YES, BUT; doing it all at once and twisting, lifting, overexerting in a short period of time can and will cause muscle strain. Stretch, load up on fluids, ask for help, get regular massage and most importantly….enjoy life ☀️

Been back from vacation with my valentine for 5 days and you guys have kept me FULLY BOOKED! I opened up extra hours this Saturday 2/21 that will fill up fast. Link in bio!
