After a full day of adjustments yesterday and today, Dr. Nick is proving that a Saturday morning “old man basketball” sprain isn't enough to keep him down. 🏀 😖

Hi everyone! We wanted to give you a quick heads-up regarding our office phone lines.
Currently, Charter/Spectrum is experiencing some self-imposed technical issues that are directly impacting our phone system. Because of this, there is a significant delay between the time you place a call and when the "ring" actually connects to our office.
What to expect:
• Silence after dialing: You might hear several seconds of silence before the line starts ringing.
• Longer wait times: It is taking longer than usual for calls to route through to our team.

A huge shout-out to Sara for correctly answer our question: How many vertebrae does a giraffe have? Believe it over not, despite that incredibly long neck, giraffes have exactly 7 cervical vertebrae—the same number as humans! Theirs are just much, much larger (each one can be over 10 inches long). 🦒

A New Chapter in the Rapp Chiropractic Story! 🧡
When Dr. Curt first opened our doors here in Rosemount in 2003, he did so with a vision of building a legacy where families could heal together. He knew his son, Dr. Nick, would one day join him, and together they have spent decades serving this community. Over the years, the clinic has grown to include a team of dedicated doctors—both family and non-family alike—who are all essential to the high standard of care we provide. Today, we are thrilled to announce that our clinical team is expanding once again! Please join us in giving a warm welcome to Dr. Mitchell, who officially begins seeing patients this Monday, March 2nd.
Dr. Mitchell is a special addition to our extended family as the partner of Dr. Curt’s grandson and Dr. Nick’s nephew. A 2023 honors graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic, he also holds degrees in Biology and Behavioral Neuropsychology from St. Ambrose University. While he enjoys working with patients of all ages, he brings a deep passion for pediatrics and prenatal care to our practice. When he isn’t in the clinic, he’s likely embracing the active lifestyle we encourage for all our patients—whether he’s hiking, paddleboarding, or spending quality time with loved ones. We are honored to have his expertise and heart added to our team of doctors, and we can’t wait for you to meet him!
