If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, we can connect you with our Veteran Peer Support Specialist, someone who can guide you on your path to recovery. A Veteran Peer, who understands military life and the journey back to civilian life, we provide support, understanding, and hope to those who’ve served.

Our Veteran Peer Support Specialist is certified through the Texas Veterans Commission (TVC) and is a Veteran with lived experience navigating many of the same challenges other Veterans face.

By actively engaging with the community, connecting with impacted families, providing resources, offering guidance through lived experiences, and supporting mental health needs within the justice system.

Our specialist also collaborates with organizations throughout Greater Houston to raise awareness about the impact of mental health on our soldiers and their families.

You’ve stood strong for our country; now let Texana Center stand strong for you.

Texana Center is proud to announce the opening of our new Rosenberg Mental Health Clinic!

We are now located at 5310 Airport Avenue in Rosenberg, TX. It's a brick building at the corner of 2218 and Airport, right across the street from the Fort Bend Central Appraisal District Office.

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This new facility houses our Pharmacy, Mobile Crisis Outreach Team (MCOT), and Behavioral Healthcare Clinic, all under one roof to better serve our community.

We will soon be updating all contact information on our website. For services at the Rosenberg Clinic, please call (281) 344-4900, or reach us through our main line at (281) 239-1300.

At Texana Center, we understand that pets are family. 🐾

We’re proud to announce our new partnership with the Houston Humane Society, offering free temporary emergency boarding for up to 90 days for pets whose owners are seeking mental health services through Texana’s Crisis Center.

Because sometimes, the hardest part of asking for help is knowing your furry friend will be safe, too.

Through this partnership, the Houston Humane Society provides daily care and meals — and, with the owner’s permission, pets can also receive spay/neuter services and updated vaccinations during their stay.

Clients receiving services at the Crisis Center must remain in contact and provide updates on their pet’s care needs throughout the boarding period.

Together, we’re breaking barriers, supporting recovery, and building a stronger, more compassionate community — for both people and pets.
