Caregiver/house cleaner needed to help care for up to 6 elderly individuals with their ADL's (activities of daily living) such as bathing, toileting, feeding, grooming, and taking medication. Some one-to-one care is needed as well. Housework and light cooking are also part of responsibilities. Caregivers also help clients keep appointments with doctors, provide transportation and serve as a companion for elders. An additional part of the job is helping care for our animals (cats, dogs, even a bird!) as they are a part of our home as well.
Qualifications needed are empathy, ability to multi-task, flexibility, remaining calm and patient so as to care for the clients social, emotional, physical and mental health.
Proof of Negative COVID 19 test and references needed before hiring.
Must love Animals!!!
Salary is $15 to start, $15 after 6 month evaluation which shows improvement.
Split shifts, day/evening available.
