“We’re a small, focused Jiu-Jitsu club that provides personalized instruction. While we respect BJJ as a sport, our primary focus is on BJJ for self-defense, health, and overall wellness. Our training emphasizes time-tested fundamentals and the most effective, simpler techniques.
Each class begins with 20 minutes of structured stretching, followed by a 10-minute warm-up centered on essential Jiu-Jitsu movements. From there, we move into principle-based instruction, clear and concise technique breakdowns, and well-controlled positional and live sparring rounds. The goal is always to build skill and confidence while promoting longevity and minimizing injury.
With over 40 years of martial arts experience and 25 years as an instructor, I’ve returned from a shoulder injury with a renewed mission: to move away from large, competition-driven gyms and create a safer, more supportive space for professionals. Our community is built on mutual respect, shared growth, and a commitment to each other’s well-being.”- Vince
