When this moment arises, when you feel like it’s hard to breathe, it’s hard to move, like being frozen in the moment… place your hand on your heart, dropping into that space, breathe into that space, feel into that space… be present with yourself… relax each body part breathing into all of those spaces. Love yourself through it and give yourself grace and know that you’re not alone… take it one moment at a time telling yourself I can do this. Sending you so much love and blessings for your day.
