"Harold was a long-time prolific curler at the St. Paul Curling Club and was honored by being named a 'Lifetime Member.' He shared his on-ice skills in leagues and many bonspiels over the years and was a true 'gentleman of the game' off the ice. He was proud to be vice skip for the Jack McCann rink, which won two National Senior Curling Championships in 1990 and 1992. Harold’s father was a curler before him, and 'Sonny' passed on his love of the game to many of his family members."
