Founded in 1966, PRIDE Industries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit social enterprise that creates employment for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment. What We Stand For

We’re proud to share that PRIDE Industries has been awarded a $60,000 grant from Texas Mutual Insurance Company to support ProPath, our career advancement initiative for .

ProPath provides structured skill development, career mobility, and pathways to higher wages for our employees working on AbilityOne contracts—starting with those supporting operations at Fort Bliss in El Paso County. Through this program, participants gain new skills, explore in‑demand middle‑skill career pathways, and move toward greater independence and long‑term success.

With their generous grant Texas Mutual is helping to strengthen our mission to address the underemployment of people with disabilities while helping build a skilled workforce for today’s essential jobs. 💙
