✨ My Heart Is So Full Today

Today was one of those days that reminds me why I do what I do.
We had three amazing people fly in from three different states just to be seen in our office — for thermography, heart sound recordings, and body scans.

To know that people are willing to travel to receive natural, root-cause-focused care… it humbles me, inspires me, and fills me with so much gratitude. ❤️

I feel so blessed to walk alongside others on their healing journeys and support them in discovering what their bodies truly need to thrive.

And the sweetest part?
It all happened on my birthday 🎉
It felt like the most meaningful gift — to spend my day doing what I love and serving others in a way that lights me up from the inside out.

This Thanksgiving, we’re coming together to spread a little extra love and nourishment to families in need. Our goal is to provide full Thanksgiving meals for at least 20 families in our community.

✨ How you can help:
• Bring in non-perishable food items to our office.
• We’ll be purchasing the turkeys and any extra food needed to make each family’s meal complete.
• If you’d like to donate toward the cause, every contribution helps us reach more families.

If you or someone you know could use a helping hand this Thanksgiving, please message me privately — we’ll make sure they receive a full meal with love and dignity.
