Who massages my hands?

Clients often ask who takes care of me. The answer is simple. ME 🙋🏾‍♀️
I use the lotion to help reduce pain. Its like asprin to the muscles. The Baoding Balls are very helpful for reducing pain and inflammation. Alternating the Baoding Balls in each hand activates the left and right side of the brain improving memory . Honestly, it hurts initial few rolls of the balls in my hands. I use my hands alot for work and boxing in my spare time. So, my hands and knuckles get sore. This is my preventative care to keep me pain-free and ready to work and exercise 💪🏽.
