Health has 3 base sides. Physical, emotional & spiritual. I address the physical side with my patients daily. If you’d like to start addressing your emotional side to health, I highly sugggest this App where you can learn to identify what you are feeling and after time you can see trends and start seeing patterns. Highly recommended!
