As a physical therapist with 24 years experience as well as a certified lymphedema therapist and certified massage therapist, I can provide a customized massage to meet your needs. I use an integrated approach that may include all or some of the following: Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, and lymphatic drainage. Sessions may also include exercise instruction or education for postural adjustments. I have experience working with triathletes, breast cancer patients, post op plastic surgery patients, chronic pain from old injuries and those suffering from pain related to workplace postural issues.
