Often we try to hit the ground running into the new year with all the things we want to do and accomplish. Full steam ahead, all new intentions, projects and goals often feeling conflicted in our energy levels. We naturally want to hibernate, curl up and recalibrate, but we can also feel this sense of urgency to make changes and set a new trajectory.
