Our gorgeous patient was dissatisfied with the appearance of her deflated and droopy breasts. She desired a more uplifted and perky shape.
An advanced technique referred to as “auto-augmentation” in which the patient’s own breast tissue, as opposed to an implant, was performed to create a fuller superior pole resulting in a round and perky breast shape.
Here are her befores and afters at 6 months post-op. As you can see, our patient’s breasts look soft, supple, perky and full without the use of implants and only using her own breast tissue. We are thrilled for our beautiful patient!

👏🏻🙌🏻 Complex Breast Revision Case - Breast Implant Removal, Capsule Removal, and Replacement of Breast Implants; and Tertiary Breast Lift (Mastopexy) for severe breast asymmetry by Long Island based, board-certified plastic surgeon, Dr. Susie Rhee.
This lovely patient was dissatisfied with the appearance of her breasts after undergoing a breast augmentation and breast lift at an outside facility. She had underwent a revision surgery shortly after again with another surgeon and subsequently developed a spontaneous rupture of one of her implants.
After an in-depth consultation with Dr. Susie Rhee, our patient opted to undergo a breast implant removal, removal of capsules and replacement of new implants with a tertiary breast lift (mastopexy).
