Facial balancing is not about changing your face… It is about allowing your natural beauty and structure to come forward.
came to me feeling that her features no longer looked harmonious. We began with a full facial assessment to evaluate proportion, symmetry, and how each feature contributed to her overall balance.
We identified a combination of issues including textural concerns, migrated filler from previous treatments, and areas where her natural structure was being overshadowed. Together, we developed a treatment plan to restore balance while keeping her looking like herself: refreshed, lifted, and aligned with her own anatomy.
Here is what we did:
1. MOXI resurfacing for smoother skin texture
MOXI is a gentle resurfacing treatment that improves brightness, softens texture, and stimulates collagen. CALM serum and was used in her aftercare for quicker downtime and elevated results. This created a refined, healthier foundation for the rest of her treatment plan.
2. Dissolving old and migrated filler
Before adding new volume, we removed filler that had migrated and was altering her facial shape. Clearing this allowed her natural contours to return and provided a clean, accurate baseline for further enhancement.
3. PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) for internal healing and regeneration
PRF supports tissue repair, collagen production, and overall skin quality from within. This step enhances both the longevity and quality of the final result.
4. Strategic hyaluronic acid filler for natural enhancement
Once tissue health was restored and previous filler was dissolved, we used conservative, targeted placement of HA filler to subtly enhance structure, restore balance, and support her natural features without creating an overfilled appearance.
The result is a more balanced, harmonious, and refined version of her natural anatomy. is never about creating a new face. It is about fine-tuning the details so the authentic features of the patient become the focus.
