Yes, combining procedures can be more cost-effective, but it’s not just about saving time or money.

While you can reduce costs on anesthesia, OR time, and even minimize time off work, safety always comes first. Procedures are carefully planned within a safe time frame. Typically under 5–6 hours to lower risks and ensure proper healing.

The best approach? A personalized plan based on your goals, your body, and what will give you the safest, best outcome.

Thinking about combining procedures? 🤔

You’re not alone, many patients consider it. But when it comes to surgical planning, safety always comes first.

After significant weight loss, procedures are often thoughtfully staged. Focusing on areas like the face, breasts & arms, waist, and thighs. Typically spaced a few months apart to allow your body to properly heal.

While some procedures can be safely combined, doing too much at once can place unnecessary stress on your body. The goal isn’t just results. It’s a safe, smooth recovery and long-term success.

Your journey should be customized, not rushed. 💙

Behind every life-changing transformation is a team that refuses to do average.

Thinking about combining procedures? Here's what matters most.

The biggest factor isn't what procedures you want—it's timing. Dr. Small keeps procedures under 5-6 hours for your safety and optimal recovery.

That means:
✓ Breast + body contouring
✓ Breast + arms
✓ Circumferential waist procedures

All possible. All strategic.

Your surgical plan isn't one-size-fits-all—it's designed around what your body can handle and what will get you the results you want, safely.
