Our team attended the CAMS 62nd Anniversary Scientific Conference: Optimizing Chinese American Healthcare in an AI-Driven World 🌟 The conference explored how artificial intelligence is shaping healthcare and its potential to improve clinical care for Chinese American patients and broader communities.
We gained insights into AI applications across medical specialties, discussed ways to address complex healthcare challenges, and emphasized the importance of culturally sensitive and equitable tools. A special thank you to our team member Paul Nasta for his insightful speech on the impact of AI on medical liability. The innovative ideas shared left us inspired to continue advancing patient care in meaningful ways.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for Curiosity in Medicine. The program featured three respected physicians: Dr. Mick Krasner, a leader in mindfulness in medicine and medical education; Dr. Lisa Sanders, internist and author of the New York Times “Diagnosis” column; and Dr. Donald Moore, longtime Brooklyn primary care physician and advocate for clinician wellbeing and patient-centered care.
Each shared personal experiences from clinical practice, research, and patient stories, offering insight into uncertainty, communication, connection, and the realities of modern medical practice. The conversation sparked reflection and brought forward perspectives grounded in both science and lived experience.
We’re grateful to our speakers and attendees for making this an engaging and meaningful program.
