I am by no means recommending any sane person do this. I’m not going to lie. I do feel a bit bloated with all this. But a little pain for a lot of gain. I have to make my life efficient. So I will do this. Im famous for barely brushing teeth at night. Forget a 12 step skin regimen. Same for my supplements. I need bang for buck. NOT MEDICAL ADVISE!!!
