The Center for Wellness and Integrative Medicine invites all women and men of the military, AND their friends and family who stand by them to an evening of wellness and relaxation.
Experience the benefits of gentle yoga and yoga nidra meditation with sound healing in a safe and beautiful setting. Reset your nervous system with practices that elicit the relaxation response, leaving you refreshed, renewed, and restored to your natural state of ease and peace.

Yoga Nidra Meditation with Sound Healing
This healing circle is created for the empowerment of women by women through deep and respectful listening, sacred mirroring/seeing through the eyes of love, and waging peace through collective compassion.
Together we will gather and share the wisdom of lived experience on what it means to know what it’s like to be in and to be out and everything in between.
We will learn skills to develop the muscle of belonging building a strong and supportive community along the way.

This isn't your average baking class. We'll embark on a journey of mindful creation, allowing the act of preparing the holy Challah to become a moving meditation. Feel the grounding energy as you knead, listen to your inner wisdom, and infuse the dough with your personal aspirations and prayers.
Surrounded by a supportive circle of women, we'll collectively raise our energy and elevate our prayers, uniting our hearts for peace – in our lives, our communities, and our world. This is a chance to channel your positive intentions into a tangible, beautiful creation.

About the Center for Wellness and Integrative Medicine
Northwell Health’s Center for Wellness and Integrative Medicine is an educational, wellness and retreat center dedicated to your personal evolution in mind, body and spirit. We understand that each person’s journey to health is unique. That’s why we collaborate with your healthcare team to create a wellness plan individualized to your specific needs and goals.
Our multidisciplinary staff includes a holistic nurse practitioner, massage therapist, acupuncturist, reflexologist, nutritionist, certified yoga instructors, and other integrative health professionals.
