Pushing through symptoms of physical + mental depletion doesn’t get you more of what you want.

Many of us have gotten so used to operating at a low-functioning state - that we don’t even realize how much of our energy + attention is being used up by not feeling well.

But what is it costing you to continue to press MUTE on your body, and put yourself on the back-burner?

Is working out, working AGAINST you?? 🏋🏻‍♀️

It happens all the time - I start talking with people about Health … and the first and often THE ONLY thing they think of is how much they Exercise.

Let me ask you this ...
- Do you feel exhausted?

Well my love, it’s officially been 12 years since we both realized this was MUCH MORE than a Summer fling 👵🏼👴🏼
So yea, I think that’s a good enough reason to get your favorite pic up in the mix 😆
You convinced me then to BE OPEN - I went with my gut, cancelled my plans to leave Maine that Fall - and it turned out to be one of my GREATEST decisions!!! ❤️

I truly cannot imagine riding this roller coaster of life without you by side 🎢 .to.maine
