I have been extremely neglectful with my body.

This neglect of proper posture has caused some pretty severe neck and shoulder issues that I am trying to work out.

Think of your spine as the gateway to how your body aligns all its energy.

When we bend our heads and necks looking at our phones or sitting at a desk all day hunching our shoulders that gateway closes and energies can’t keep passing in a straight consistency line. We form this hump that prevents the flow.

You, as well as I, have essentially created a hump, or road block that stops our energies from flowing. This hump is creating a blockage that causes your spine to settle into a direction that is unnatural.

Your natural curve starts to reverse in a direction that it’s not supposed to because you have made poor posture and text neck a part of your way of life.

After X-rays my spine has settled into this unwanted territory and is trying to adapt to new way I have unintentionally created.

I am woke now.
I want my body back and I want my spine to get back to its natural state so I can feel relief and correct years of neglect.

Have you checked in with your posture lately?

If you sit at a desk all day or you are swallowed into the world of staring down at your phone all day CHECK IN WITH YOUR POSTURE……

Have a seat.
Pull your Chin above heart.
Chest pulls forward.
Shoulders pull down.
Shoulders over with your hips.
Find length in your spine.

Feel the difference?

I will be committing to these stretches until my spine finds its way back 🩷🩷

We will be flowing through September on the 4th and on the 22nd this month!

Class on the 22nd will be “SAM’S WEDDING CLASS” all the love songs and final class before I am a WIFE!!!

Let’s hit our mats this month!
Slowly easing back in as my months are packed full with wedding and back to school stuff I need my tribe and want to continue moving with you!
