As part of our transition to Simple Practice, we will be closing our Osmind account. All former clients of Roswell Infusions or Roswell MindCare will have until March 31, 2026 to request records. After this date, records will be archived for 6 years. To access records after this date, clients may be required to pay an access fee, as determined by Osmind, for record recovery.
