Accept the pain.

Every rep that hurts is a message: You’re growing.
That ache in your chest after a heavy set, that fire in your legs after squats, that tightness in your grip when your forearms are screaming—that’s not a warning, that’s a blessing. That’s proof you showed up when others stayed comfortable.

Smile at the pain.

Most people run from it. You meet it head-on.
When the bar feels heavier than last time, when your body wants to quit at rep 7 and you push to 10, that’s where you earn your results. That’s where you separate yourself from who you used to be.

Embrace the pain.

Don’t just tolerate it—welcome it. Wrap your arms around that discomfort and drag it with you through every set, every rep, every drop of sweat. You don’t need approval. You don’t need applause. You don’t need anyone to understand.

This past weekend, our MNM ProLabs athlete Kyle was at Champs Elysium Gym in St. Petersburg, owned and operated by Derek Lunsford:

- Mr. USA

Kyle had the opportunity to talk with Derek about his gym, our supplements, and our mission, vision, values, and what we’re building with MNM ProLabs. That conversation turned into something huge for our brand and our community.
